Here's our August 2024 list and it brought an exciting variety of tech product launches across multiple categories in the Philippines. This month’s lineup includes smartphones, smartwatches, laptops, tablets, digital products, and more. In July 2024, we saw a total of 24 gadgets launched across various categories in the Philippines. Smartphones led the charge with 12 new models hitting the market, including the vivo Y28, OPPO Reno12 Series 5G, HONOR 200 Series, Redmi 13, and TECNO SPARK 20 Pro 5G, among others. Laptop users weren’t left behind, with three models making their debut: ASUS Vivobook S15, HUAWEI MateBook 14 (2024), and the TECNO Megabook S1. Canalys’ latest sell-in estimates show that Apple devices dominated 2024’s smartphone sales. It had 3% share of the estimated 1.22 billion global smartphone shipments in 2024.
