Sony Philippines has introduced Nadine Lustre as its brand ambassador for its Alpha series camera line. Sony's new ambassadress will be endorsing the A5000 and the A5100 mirrorless cameras. The Sony A5000 is priced at Php22,900 and the Sony A5100 is priced at Php34,990. Sony Philippines has recently announced the local availability of the Sony A5000 which is touted by the company as the “lightest mirrorless interchangeable lens camera with Wi-Fi”. The Sony A5000 was first featured during this year’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, and along with it came the news that the company is axing the NEX family in favor of the Alpha lineup.
