Sony officially unveiled the newest addition to its Alpha Full-Frame line-up, the Sony Alpha 7 IV. This full-frame camera sports the latest BIONZ XR processing engine, 33MP image resolution, full-frame back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS image sensor, 15-stop dynamic range (ISO 50-204,800), and 4K 60p video recording. Emulated from its predecessor, the Sony Alpha 7 IV features a 759 phase-detection auto-focus that boasts improved face and eye detection accuracy by approximately 30% compared to the Alpha 7 III. For video recording resolutions and frame rate, it features a 4K 60p recording (Super 35mm mode) and 4K 30p recording 7K oversampling (full-frame mode).
