The Sony RX100 Mark III, the Mark II's successor from last year, which features a brighter 24-70mm f/1.8-2.8 lens and a 1.4M-dot OLED pop-up Tru-Finder EVF, has been priced in the Philippines at under Php45k. Sony has just announced the third iteration of their popular RX100 lineup and the successor to the RX100 Mark II from last year - the RX100 Mark III. The RX100 Mark III builds on the strengths of its predecessor and now includes a brighter 24-70mm f/1.8-2.8 lens and a 1.4M-dot OLED pop-up Tru-Finder EVF. However, to probably make room for the EVF, Sony removed the hot shoe feature that was introduced on the Mark II. Sony has been taking it's time to get its own netbook out in the market and at the same time, criticizing other manufacturers for a mediocre product.
