Meta has just announced the launch of Split Payments on Messenger to everyone in the US. Users can now split bills evenly or customize the amount each person owes. All users have to do is to tap the + icon in a group chat and select the payments tab, then tap the Get started button. Friends who are new to payments in Messenger can easily add payment details to send and receive money. Facebook Messenger is getting a new feature called Split Payments. The new feature allows users to split expenses like restaurant bills with friends and co-workers. Facebook Split Payments will begin testing this feature for Facebook Messenger in the US.
