PLDT Enterprise has officially partnered with Starlink to become the first telco in the Philippines authorized to resell its satellite internet service. By leveraging Starlink’s Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite technology, PLDT is expanding its reach and offering more resilient internet solutions.

“Through the integration of Starlink, we are extending the reach and resilience of our connectivity solutions, especially in areas where traditional infrastructure is limited,” said Mitch Locsin, First Vice President and Head of Enterprise Core Business at PLDT and Smart. Nico Alcoseba, First Vice President and Head of Product Management and Global Capacity Strategy at PLDT Enterprise, also highlighted Starlink’s reliability. PLDT’s move to integrate Starlink into its enterprise offerings is a big step toward closing the digital divide in the Philippines.
