PLDT said the goal is to give households more reliable and flexible internet as more daily activities move online. The DICT and CICC have stated that Roblox could face restriction or suspension in the Philippines. It stated that Tumblr was "not licensed by Philippine authorities." The message also included links to gambling websites approved by Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
