TikTok owner ByteDance silently launches Whee, which is their own version of a photo-sharing media platform similar to Instagram. Whee is seen as a platform for sharing photos with your close friends. According to their app description on Google Play, Whee is used to “capture and share real-life photos that only your friends see, allowing you to be your most authentic self”. Globe has just announced its partnership with the short-form video platform TikTok. To celebrate, Globe is launching TikTok-exclusive and affordable data promos. Creators and users can access TikTok for only PHP 15 by using the keyword TIKTOK15. There are also bigger data promos being offered, such as TIKTOK50 with 600mb of data for 7 days and TIKTOK199 with 1GB of data for 30 days. Apart from the offers, Globe has also launched the #CreateWithLove Challenge for TikTok users.
