The Ironman One GPS+ looks like any other Ironman watch from Timex but has more things to go for it. One is the always-on Mirasol display (manufactured by Qualcomm for their Toq smartwatch) and cellular capabilities like simple SMS functions. It's been long-rumored that Google and LG are working on a smartwatch that will feature heavy Google Now integration.
