#toshiba excite 13

This Toshiba Regza AT830 is probably the largest Android tablet I've ever seen with a screen size of 13.3 inches diagonally. The first tme we've heard about it was last April when Toshiba announced it under the name Excite 13. Toshiba spices up the tablet competition with the release of their new Excite lineup, the Toshiba Excite 7.7, the Toshiba Excite 10, and the monstrous 13-incher Toshiba Excite 13. First up is the Excite 7.7, a 7-inch tablet which is made for mobile gamers and movie lovers on the go. It is Toshiba's first tablet to feature a SuperAMOLED display at 1280x800 resolution, includes a MicroUSB port and a Micro SD card slot for storage expansion, and weighs 13.4 ounces at 0.3 inches. The Excite 7.7 will be available on June 10, 2012 at the price of $500 for the 16GB model and $580 for the 32GB. The Excite 10 will be available on May 6, 2012 at the price of $450 for the 16GB model, $530 for the 32GB and $650 for the 64GB model. Last, but certainly not the tiniest, is the huge-screened Excite 13 (the world's largest tablet so far) which carries a LED Backlit 13.3 inch display with 16:9 aspect ratio and 1600x900 resolution.
