To address the problem, Toyota Motor Philippines launched its "Special Service Campaign" to have the faulty parts replaced free of charge. "In line with Toyota’s firm commitment on product safety and quality, Toyota Motor Philippines will issue a Special Service Campaign (SSC) on the affected models. Owners of affected units are also advised to get in touch with the Toyota Customer Assistance Center at (02) 819-2912 or visit their Toyota dealership.
