Sony and TCL have announced plans to explore a new partnership focused on home entertainment products such as televisions and home audio systems. The joint venture would handle the entire process globally, including product design, manufacturing, sales and customer support. Sony and TCL aim to finalize the partnership by March 2026, subject to regulatory approvals with operations expected to begin in April 2027. Grab and Ninja Van has announced that they will enter into a strategic partnership to strengthen each of their services in the Southeast Asian region. In a report from ChannelNewsAsia, the said partnership will compose of Grab investing an undisclosed amount into Ninja Van, as well as integrating their services into Grab's ecosystem which will be available to the public in Q2 2019. The partnership with Ninja Van will also enable Grab to expand its GrabExpress service across more cities in the region and will also likely add or improve its services including scheduled, nationwide, and inter-city deliveries. Christine Tueres, managing director of RRHI, said: "Our partnership with BPI allows us to go beyond retail by offering convenient, accessible financial services within our stores, making essential transactions like deposits and withdrawals part of our customers’ regular shopping routines," she said.
