The popular microblogging and social media platform has taken its lite app first in the Philippines and brings in a slew of features to the app that can help you save your mobile data, including the ability to disable all images on your feed and uses up to 70% less data with only 1MB of storage on your phone. “The test of the Twitter Lite app in the Google Play Store in the Philippines is another opportunity to increase the availability of Twitter in this market,” said a Twitter spokesperson tells popular tech portal TechCrunch.
