A new smartphone has been certified by Chinese regulatory agency TENAA and is reported to be the Huawei Honor V8 Max. Smart is finally out with its WiMax service and posters have been spotted about the new SmartBro WiMax subscription plans. I think we're a bit fortunate to have 3 competing WiMax providers in the Philippines -- there's Globe, Smart and Liberty Telecoms. But just like the existing 3G networks that have been rolled out for years, WiMax is also dependent on location.
