Two flagship smartphones from vivo has been launched in the Philippines today -- the vivo X80 and vivo X80 Pro. What differentiates them is the WQHD+ or QHD+ which is equivalent to a resolution of 3200 x 1400 versus the vivo X80 which has an FHD+ resolution of 2400 x 1080. The vivo X80 has a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC partnered ARM Mali-G710 GPU while the vivo X80 Pro houses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 SoC coupled with Adreno 730 GPU. Also, vivo releases its new proprietary chip called the V1+ chip for the X80 series which is designed to enhance imaging, display and game graphics. For their AnTuTu Benchmark 9 score based on nanoreview.net, the vivo X80 Pro got a score of 987186 while the vivo X80 go a score of 965989. Both devices boast the latest ZEISS Optics which meets the ZEISS T* Coating standards. With this superb iteration, it’ll bring the ZEISS Super Night Camera feature for superior night photography to the X80 series.
