Winamp will sell an NFT linked to the original graphic skin of the program in 1997. Winamp wil put the NFT up for auction on OpenSea between May 16 and 16 22, followed be a separate sale of 1997 total NFTs based on 20 artworks derived from the original skin. The sale will benefit the Winamp Foundation which will donate the earnings to charity projects. Winamp is sourcing the art NFTs by asking artists to submit Winamp-based works between now and April 15, then giving selected artists 20% of the proceeds from each sale of their NFT artworks. Yesterday, BlackBerry launched in the Philippines the Classic, a smartphone that packs a QWERTY keyboard, 3.5-inch square screen, and old-school trackpad. If you've been following BlackBerry's progress when it comes to smartphones you might notice that the Classic's design was inspired by two devices the company has launched in the past, specifically the Q10 and the Bold 9900. Like the Q10, the Classic has the keys arranged in straight rows, and like the Bold 9900, it features a metal frame and classic navigation keys and optical trackpad.
