Xiaomi has officially unveiled the Xiaomi 17 Series in the Philippines, highlighting its continued partnership with Leica to improve mobile photography. The lineup includes the Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 17 Ultra, both designed to focus on camera performance, durability, and flagship-level power. The Xiaomi 17 Ultra features a 1-inch LOFIC main camera sensor and a Leica 200MP 75–100mm telephoto camera with mechanical optical zoom. It is protected by Xiaomi Shield Glass 3.0, an aluminum alloy frame, and carries an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. The Xiaomi 17, on the other hand, offers a Light Fusion 950 sensor, a Leica 60mm floating telephoto lens, and a 50MP front camera. The Xiaomi 17 Ultra has a 6000mAh battery, while the Xiaomi 17 has a 6330mAh battery. Xiaomi said the new lineup reflects its ongoing collaboration with Leica to deliver improved photo and video features for users in the Philippines. Last year, the Xiaomi 17 Series gets released in China with three new models including the base Xiaomi, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max.
