Xiaomi has announced a new smartphone in time for the Holidays, and it's called the Mi Play with a MediaTek chip on board. Its design resembles those of the OPPO F9 and the Huawei P20 series as it sports a small design notch at its display, and a vertical-positioned dual rear camera setup at the back. Xiaomi has officially launched the new Xiaomi Sound Play in the Philippines with a retail price of PHP 2,779. For audio, the Xiaomi Sound Play delivers a frequency response range of 75Hz to 20kHz and includes a built-in microphone for voice calls. Powering the device is a 2,600mAh battery that can provide up to 14 hours of playback on a single charge, according to Xiaomi. The Xiaomi Sound Play is now available in the Philippines for PHP 2,779.
