Alongside the new Xiaomi 15T Series, the company also launched the 41mm Xiaomi Watch S4. This one’s the smaller sibling of the OG Xiaomi Watch S4 that has been released locally in March 2025. Durability-wise, the watch also the usual 5ATM water resistance. I could never know, but Xiaomi does say these diamonds are “lab-grown”. Health Features and Fitness Tracking Despite the elegant look, the Xiaomi Watch S4 packs pretty much all the nifty health and fitness tracking features. The watch comes with an ‘upgraded’ heart rate module, thanks to the new 4-LED 4-PD sensor. Of course, a feature that’s useful for the gals is the smart period predictions that, according to Xiaomi, is based on basal body temperature trends. However, just like with the smartwatches I’ve tried before, you may need to enable such health tracking features one-by-one on the Watch S4 as well.
