Globe Telecoms has revealed a new subscription-based service for prepaid subscribers called Roam Surf which allows them to continue surfing the web using their Globe prepaid SIM card even when abroad.
The Globe Roam Surf is available to all prepaid subscribers who enabled the International Roaming service (GROAM) at least 24-hours prior to departure. The service is available in over 50 countries around the world which is thanks, in large part, to various partner telcos in different countries.

The new Globe Roam Surf service is available in three tiers; one day subscription (24 hours) will cost Php599, Php1,797 for three days (72 hours), and Php2,995 for a five-day subscription (120 hours). A minimum of Php150 load is required to continue using the service.
