The freebie sent out includes free unlicalls and 50 free texts, both applicable only to Globe/TM receipents. We think that this offer lasts for only a day, and will only be for those who will receive the SMS.

This is a result of the system downtime last February 7-8, where Globe conducted a system upgrade that affected registering on any promotional offers through the 8888 or *143# services. The system upgrade apparently affected those who are currently registered to promos as well, since we’ve seen complaints on their comments section about getting cut off their registered promos on the time the services were seen to be active.

Some people who work on Globe that has access to your accounts belonged to some criminal groups, so be carefull about Globe guys.
Globe is actually the most generous telco when it comes to rebates and refunds. Unlike PLDT na icocontest mo pa yung charges for 3 months bago ma-settle.
@XY I suggest you wait sa results ng investigation, lalo dun sa asawa ng namatay. Apparently all of the documents presented were fake, and Globe does not have a job order for the household. And it was advised that the husband “called” Globe to fix their internet. Something’s fishy.
