With the official arrival of Netflix in the Philippines, Globe Telecom has announced that you can now access the network with Chromecast with their Globe Home Broadband plans.

According to Globe, you can now access Netflix with Chromecast starting at Globe Home Broadband Plan 1299 (3Mbps). Globe Platinum Broadband customers can also avail of Chromecast for free starting at Plan 2499 (50Mbps) to Plan 9499 (1Gbps).

So basically it’s basically a trap to make customers buy more data from an already limited 20GB allowance, bravo Globe you are still at the bottom of the list.
