Ongoing Service Interruptions between Globe and Smart networks

We’ve experienced a number of network problems today and this has been confirmed by the corporate communications of Globe. In an email advisory, the telco confirmed interconnection problems between them and Smart.

This is perhaps the reason why we’ve not been able to receive SMS this morning and several phones calls would not go thru.

Here’s the copy of the advisory.

Globe Service Advisory: June 10, 2015

We wish to advise our Globe customers that there is an ongoing service interruption between Globe and Smart networks today, June 10, 2015. As early as 2am, Globe customers may experience difficulty in calling, sending and receiving messages to any Smart number nationwide due to an interconnection issue emanating from the Smart network.

The Globe network team is working closely with their counterparts to immediately resolve the service disruption. We will update our customers as soon as the services are back to normal.

No ETA has been advised when these network problems will be resolved.

    If we consumers had it our way we would want other telcos with better overall service. So to globe and smart…you can just suck it!

    mga hindot at putang ina yang mga globe and smart. puro pagkakaperahan lang ang alam. ayusin nyo serbisyo nyo. hoy, ntc, gumising naman kayo at gawin nyo mandate nyo. ibaba nyo muna ang mga iphone 6 at s6 edge nyo, leche. pareho lang kayo ng amo nyo sa dotc na pa-cute lang ang alam.

      @wtf ang akala ko galit ka sa service, ang end point pala namamahalan lang sa iPhone6 at S6 edge at bakit kailangan pang mag-mura maiintindihan naman. HKK mura lang

    @Dicube ang binanggit ko ang pangit na serbisyo ng mga telcos at hindi presyo ng iphone 6 o s6 edge…kung tungkol naman sa aking pagmumura, tama ka nasobrahan nga…dala siguro sa hirap maka-connect at makipag-usap sa ibang network – naipon through the years….tanong lang: makikinig ba ang dapat makinig o may mga taingang kawali?

    Hello po.. Ask ko lang po.. Bkit almost 3 days na d ba bumablik ang signal dun sa san jose del monte bulacan.. Sa may harmony hills 1.. 3 days na rin clang twag ng twag sa globe till now wla pa. Sbi antay lng daw.. Tapos sbi ngaun na daw.. Eh.. Wla pa.. Sayang nmn ho ang pinapaload monthly na 1000.. Pls.. Globe..thank you..
