OPPO A1: 5.7-inch 18:9 display, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage

OPPO will soon release a new smartphone in China which sports a 5.7-inch display with 18:9 aspect ratio, 4GB RAM, and 64GB of storage, the OPPO A1.

The OPPO A1 has plenty of similarities to the OPPO A83. It has the same 5.7-inch display with HD+ resolution, 18:9 aspect ratio, 2.5D glass, 13MP rear camera, 8MP front camera, Face unlock feature since it doesn’t have a fingerprint scanner as well, and 3,180mAh battery.

What’s different though is that it has a higher RAM and storage capacity at 4GB and 64GB, and comes in Bright White, Deep Blue and Cherry Red colors. The chipset, however, is yet to be revealed.

The OPPO A1 will be available in China on April 1 for CNY 1,499 (~PHP 12.4K).
