ZTE has officially launched its latest portable Wi-Fi device, the U30 Pro 5G, in China offering a solid feature set for users on the go. Priced at CNY 469 (~PHP 3.7K) during launch (regularly CNY 499), the U30 Pro is now available via JD.com in Silver and Green colorways.

The device features a 1.38-inch touchscreen, letting users view real-time network data, battery status, and even toggle settings like power-saving mode or activate the built-in gaming accelerator. It runs on a 6nm 5G chipset with support for multiple Sub-6GHz bands (n1, n3, n5, n8, n28, n41, n78) and LTE, ensuring wide compatibility.

One of its key selling points is the 5,000mAh battery, which ZTE claims can last up to 12 hours. It also supports 18W fast charging, with a direct power mode for all-day use when plugged in.

Other standout features include dual-band Wi-Fi 6, NFC one-tap pairing, QR code login, NetEase UU Game Accelerator, and even voice assistant support via the ZTE Smart Life app. There’s also 64GB of built-in shared storage accessible by connected devices.

With its mix of portability, performance, and smart features, the U30 Pro 5G is shaping up to be a compelling travel companion.
