Listen to article

DJI has officially announced its new aerial drone that features a new design, a 4K camera, and a new gimbal system – the Inspire 1.

The DJI Inspire 1 features a new aerodynamic design with carbon fiber arms for better maneuverability and durability. It also sports a 94-degree wide angle 12 megapixel camera that can shoot 4K videos at 24-30fps, and a new 3-axis 360-degree rotating gimbal.

In addition, the Inspire 1 supports two remote controllers so that one person controls the drone’s flight while the other controls the gimbal and camera. This makes it easier for users to capture better or more complex shots. Watch the video below:

Price starts at US$2,899 for the Inspire 1 with Single Remote, while the Inspire 1 with Dual Remotes costs US$3,399.
