Samsung Gear S with 3G connectivity officially announced

Samsung has officially announced their latest wearable device that features a 2-inch curved Super AMOLED display, IP67-certified body, and 3G connectivity – the Gear S.

The Samsung Gear S features extended communication capabilities that includes 3G, WiFi, and Bluetooth. This allows users to receive messages or notifications from social networks and apps even when they’re away from their phone. In addition, the Gear S is can also make and receive calls directly, or forward calls from the smartphone.
