The long-awaited Google+ for Brands is now out and available. For the un-initiated, it’s the equivalent of of the Facebook Fan Page.
And if you are already on Google+, you can just add a new Google+ Page under your account and be able to manage it.

anybody else seen the terms for Google+ Pages? seems kind of restrictive especially if your main goal is to promote your business online.
“You may not run contests, sweepstakes, offers, coupons or other such promotions (“Promotionâ€) directly on your Google+ Page.”
