GPlans

Globe 的 GPlans 是该电信公司最新的后付费套餐产品。GPlans 适用于希望申请后付费订阅的客户，以及计划续费的现有后付费客户。

该电信公司透露，旧套餐（包括 ThePLAN、ThePLAN PLUS 和 TheBASIC PLAN 499）已不再提供。然而，全新的 GPlan 月费低至 PHP 599，最高至 PHP 7,999。GPlan 现提供以下多种方案：

GCash 余额

GCash 信用额度将在计划激活或新合同生效（如为计划续订）后的24至48小时内发放。GPlan订阅者将收到来自GCash的短信通知，告知其已从新的后付费计划中获得GCash信用额度。

然而，若订阅用户未能收到随后付费计划附赠的GCash信用额度，他们可通过GlobeOne帮助与支持提交问题，GCash代表将在3至5个工作日内处理该问题。

所有GPlans均附赠免费的 3GB GoWiFi、免费的KonsultaMD订阅服务，以及限时3个月的免费GInsure。这3个月的免费GInsure提供价值140,500菲律宾比索的保险保障，涵盖COVID-19和登革热，该服务由GCash与Singlife Philippines联合推出。

To apply through the Globe Online Shop, follow the steps below.

1. Select Postpaid Plan (GPlan with Device, GPlan with Device, GPlan SIM-Only, or GPlan SIM-Only All-Data)
2. Prepare application documents: Proof of identification, proof of billing address, and proof of financial capacity
3. Fill out the online application form, and attach all the requirements for faster approval.
4. Wait for updates on the application via text or email within seven business days. Those who didn't receive updates may email at [email protected].

GPlan's Data Rollover

With GPlans, the subscribers' unused data allowance for the current billing month can be extended to the next billing month. Do note that the validity of data rollover is only within the following month. If the data remains unused in the third month, the rolled-over data gets forfeited.

Moreover, data rollover applies only to the plan's main data allowance. This means that unused data coming from data add-ons do not support the rollover feature.

Subscribers may check their data allowance via the GlobeOne app dashboard or through SMS by sending DATA BAL to 8080.

GPlan Add-Ons

As per Globe, GPlans subscribers can also get an add-on at any time. Add-ons will be automatically charged in addition to the subscribers' monthly plan for the current bill period. Check out the table below.

Convert data to Rewards points

GPlan subscribers may also maximize their unusual and active (unexpired) data by converting them to points. 1GB of data is equivalent to 10 Globe Rewards points. This applies to the remaining balance from their main data allowance, data rollover, and active data add-ons.

Besides, the validity of converted Globe Rewards points can be checked through the GlobeOne app upon conversion.
