容量超过 160Wh 的移动电源被禁止带上飞机——菲律宾民航局

菲律宾民航局(CAAP)已提醒旅客,超过160瓦时(Wh)的充电宝禁止带上飞机。

此回应针对近期发生的飞机起火事件,这些事件被认为与充电宝内部锂离子电池过热有关。

根据国际航空标准,容量低于100Wh的移动电源可携带上飞机,菲律宾民航局(CAAP)也适用相同规定。同时,容量在100Wh至160Wh之间的移动电源需获得航空公司批准。

供参考,一个工作电压为3.7伏特(V)的160Wh移动电源约相当于43,000毫安时(mAh)。在相同电压下,一个100Wh移动电源约相当于27,000mAh。

此外,移动电源必须随身携带,不得放入托运行李中。

此举紧随国际航空公司在一月发生的一起韩亚航空航班火灾后采取的更严格规定,当局称该起火事件由充电宝引发。

自3月1日起,韩国航空公司也禁止将充电宝和电子烟放入头顶行李架,但乘客仍可随身携带。

菲律宾民航局(CAAP)呼吁乘客检查其移动电源的规格,并遵守安全规定,以帮助预防事故发生。

They should have clearly indicated in mAh as most power banks are rated in mAh, confusion can lead to wuarrel and chaos
