Oura 为其 Oura Ring Gen3 和 Oura Ring 4 引入了新的激素健康功能，通过更详细的生殖和更年期洞察，扩展了女性的健康追踪。

该公司表示，其现有的 Cycle Insights 功能现已支持所有激素类避孕方法，包括药片、贴片、宫内节育器、避孕环和植入物。Oura 称此更新帮助用户了解避孕对体温趋势、睡眠质量、恢复、出血模式以及其他潜在副作用的影响。
