HONOR has confirmed that the Magic 8 series will officially debut on October 15 in China, headlined by the HONOR Magic 8 and Magic 8 Pro, both running the company’s brand-new MagicOS 10 based on Android 16.

The launch won’t just be about smartphones either, HONOR will also introduce the MagicPad 3, MagicPad 3 Pro, Magic Watch 5 Pro, and a new pair of Earbuds 4 during the event. The MagicPad 3 Pro is expected to stand out as the first tablet powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, the same flagship processor that will drive the Magic 8 lineup.

As for the phones, the Magic 8 Pro could feature a 6.7-inch micro-quad-curved OLED panel with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, plus a massive 7,200mAh battery with 120W wired and 80W wireless charging. Its camera setup reportedly includes a 50MP main with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide, and a 200MP periscope telephoto, along with a 50MP front camera. It will come in Rising Sun Gold, Azure, Snow White, and Velvet Black.

The regular Magic 8 may get a slightly smaller 6.58-inch flat 1.5K display, a 7,000mAh battery with 90W fast charging, and a similar triple-camera setup minus wireless charging. Colorways could include black, white, light blue, and gold.

With this launch, Honor is clearly gearing up to push both performance and design while also tying its ecosystem together with new tablets, wearables, and earbuds.
