    Nakaka-login ako using this link: https://www.sss.gov.ph/sss/login.jsp >>>>>> kaso pagkatapos ng welcome screen kaylangan uli i-click yung online inquiry at mag-login uli. Ang problema di na ako makapasok sa pangalawang login screen. Hindi ba pwedeng one time log-in na lang. Sobra naman ang security kasi kaylangan 2X pa mag-login.

    Nakaka-login ako using this link: https://www.sss.gov.ph/sss/login.jsp kaso pagkatapos ng welcome screen kaylangan uli i-click yung online inquiry at mag-login uli. Ang problema di na ako makapasok sa pangalawang login screen. Hindi ba pwedeng one time log-in na lang. Sobra naman ang security kasi kaylang 2X pa mag-login.

    Meron na naman bang anomalyang nangyayari dyan sa SSS website. Mukhang hindi na maiayos ng tama ang webserver nila. Laging DOWN ni hindi na ba kayang ma-ONLINE ‘yan.
    Ano pa ang silbi ng SSS online inquiry. Walang kwenta. Bulok talaga.
    Kung kayo nang wo-work sa private company. Tanggal na kayong lahat dyan.
    Ayusin nyo nga trabaho nyo, marami na kayong pineperwisyo.

    gusto ko malaman SSS contri ko kaso may registration pa pla! malay ko sa employer ID ko eh wla nako work at ndi ko inaalam yun khit may work pko no! pakialam ko dun! ndi nman kelangan yun at ang kelangan ko malaman lang SSS contri ko! contribution ko yun at karapatan ko malaman yun! so nagtxt ako sa cnabi nyong fill in the information ek ek! kaso ang reply sakin eto: “sorry this service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later”.. hahaha! nakakabaliw! naku baka maubos lang load ko sa kakatxt sa inyo wag nalang! Sana po pakiayos lang.. sna ndi nyo na pinalitan yung dati…

    Nag-register ako sa My.SSS pero hanggang ngayon hindi ko pa nere-receive sa email yung password ko. I tried registering again pero sabi, “user ID already exists” at “email address already exists.” I registered once more using a different user ID and another email address, pero sabi naman eh, “SS number already exists.” Until now wala pa rin akong nare-receive na my.SSS password sa email inbox ko; I have been checking it repeatedly. I need to check on my loan. What will I do? This has been very inconvenient.

    the new site is very much complicated…y do sss have to give the password when in fact its our sss contribution…and sss roxas blvd branch is not good in accomodating sss member… y they r like that…its thier duty to assist every one who will ask some questions on thier branch…ang tataray kala sila presidente ng sss talo pa nila c neri…

    Hi I have a problem!     Having it online is really a great IDEA we check our accounts without leaving the comforts of our Homes or Offices, we can download the forms we need. That is if the site is maintained or working even. having a site is not simply having a advertisement on the net,

    I’m a web developer thats why I can’t imagine how this can be, maintaining a website is not really that complicated 1 IT can do all that work, so whats causing all the delay & hassle.

Nkkpagod b magsilbi s mga taong ngppsahod s u? Tapos ung iba empleyado p ndi p accomodating ang approach s nag-iinquire. Sabihin n nitn n mlaki rin ang maitutulong ng online inquiry, pero sana nmn inisip din nyo kung lahat b ay magbebenefit s ginawa nyo. Lahat b ng may sss ay computer literate? bkit hindi nyo na lang gawin n available ung online inquiry pra dun s mga wala time pumunta s branches, then ibalik nyo ung dati n pwede p rin mkakuha ng details s mismong branch. Kc kwawa nmn ung iba. Sabihin n ntin n gusto nyo ng mas makabagong pamamaraan, pero sana tinest nyo muna kung ano ung mga maaaring disadvantages ng ginawa nyo. Pls. do something about it. Pangit ung sistema eh.

    I just want to know if my SSS number is still active because its been years since my last employment in a private company. I want to change my status from employed to voluntary. I tried registering to the new system, but I do not know my former employer’s SSS ID.

    Any suggestions how to make this easier and more convenient for people who are willing to pay their dues (SSS contributions, I mean) and in effect give SSS employees their salaries? Thanks!

    Bakit naman hindi active yung sss-online inquiry? Ano po bang naging problema at hindi namin ma-access? Malaking tulong po kasi ang online inquiry, no need to walk in the to the SSS office and spending hours doon para lang magupdate! Hay naku… This is the most convenient na sana… Wish ko lang ibalik naman!

    ang hirap naman mag log on.. mukang ayaw nyo talaga ipaalam sa members ang status ng sss contribution..loan balance etc..wag naman ganyan.. kami updated lahat ng payment..pag sweldo namin bawas agad ang para sa inyo. taz pagpunta pa lang sa website nyo.. super bagal.

    sobrang pahirap naman nyan sa mga tao kailangan ba in a way magalit lahat ng tao sa sss system na bago!…unfair sa mga taong gustong malaman yung contribution nila…wag ganyan kasi di lang kame naaapektuhan baka someday mas kayo yung mahirapn o baka naman yung mga nahuhulog na contribution e hindi tlga sa sss so dpat gumawa kayo ng tama as long as mapapabuti lahat ng mga tao….

    hindi maganda ang bago nyo nyo system! ang bagal mabagal pa sa pagong… madalas pa server not found pano pa kayo magsisilbi sa mga tao ng mabilis kung sa bagong program nyo pa lang di na kami maka access ng maayos? mabuti pa yung dati mabilis bilis ng konti… walang maraming ek-ek…

    mas maganda talga ung dati site madali lang now kumplikado gaya ng akin mali na send kong email add kaya do ko maretrieve yung passwords ko.anu solusyon dun ayaw naman pag nagregister uli ako aywaw tanggapin.wala naman makontak na taga sss kung panu gagawin..

    di kasi ako maka loan dahil sa deliquent housing loan pinapunta ako ng sss sa NHA pero piababalik naman nila ako sa sss dahil di daw sila responsable sa mga papeles sabi ng sss punta ako NHA para pumirma ng for closure e di daw po nila alam yung papeles nag sara na kasi ang PALMERA dahil sa pagkalugi papano po ba ang dapat kung gawin kailangan ko po kasing mapirmahan ng for closure para maka pag salary loan na po ako paki advice lang po gumagalang MR.RAMIL R AGUILAR

    your online services provides a lot of inconvenience to people.. like in our company, not all employees are well educated about online services..sobrang bagal ng system ang hirap pumasok… and not all people have computers they have to rent pa and how much is the cost for renting 20 pesos per hour then aabutin ka ng 2 hours para lang makapag register..i would suggest that you should also create a customer service call center so that people can just call you guys to inquire about their contribution, loans etc.we are trying for almost a week to register our employees online but your system is too weak.. dapat hindi nyo muna pinatupad yung ganito kasi ngyon, according to you one of the rep from your sss offices we can no longer inquire our contribution there.. ok lang yun kung ok ang system nyo online.. ibalik nyo muna yung system before if you system are fixed then thats the time that you change the system..

    hope you can do something about this…

    i would also want to check if my former employer have already posted my full payment for my company loan. I’am now working in another company. I just want to make sure that they have cleared my accountability with you.
    In addition to that, when will you be releasing my new id. I enrolled for a replacement last december 2007, and its july 2008 now.
    I also tried texting just to check again, i even followed the correct way of texting you, but the reply was the system is not available.

    Hi i would like to follow up when are you going to issue SSS Id again? I lost my SSS id back in Oct 2007, immediately applied for a replacement in the same month. But until now i havent recd my ID yet. I kept on going to SSS Cubao branch to make follow-up, but they keep on telling me that the machine being used to make these ID are not working. So when can i recd my ID? I dont think you need more than 6 months to replace my SSS Id

    When will the SSS online inquiry back? I need to check my existing balance for my salary loan. I hope everything will be fix ASAP. This is the only way we can monitor / verify our SSS transactions at an instant.

    I need some help cause I want to check my account online but it seems the SSS online site is not accessable anymore?..How can that possibly be?..Since last month I’ve been trying to check the site but same result..

    I am working abroad and I had not continued remitting for two years but for now I’ve decided to do so but I want to check if my SSS account has not been closed?
