The Security Device has Arrived

About 3 weeks ago, I blogged about HSBC’s new security feature that provides a security device for all their customers. Mine arrived 2 days ago though my landlady received the packaged for me without HSBC’s required representative letter (so much for security).

I followed the activation instructions that came with it but it seems their online banking system has not yet switched to the new security protocol. Maybe later…
