I met with an old college friend early this evening. He told me that he’s leaving his company (Accenture) after 3 years and has found a better job. I really thought it was a career break for him and he’d invited me for a little celebration. Much to my amazement, I ended up in a seminar for a MLM product!!! Shocked as I was I stayed a little longer only to be dismayed by the realization that whatever your education or your social status, man would naturally seek for greater riches. For my friend, he just destroyed his career for such ambitions of quick cash.

Came in to the office very late, around 2pm na. Just finished installing Windows XP and all appz into my desktop. Everyone’s seems to get pretty excited about it so they followed suit. I also downloaded NeoPlanet’s browser – it’s pretty cool, just a little bit slower than usual, though.

I was supposed to accompany them for an overnight last night but I didn’t felt like it so I went home. I wasn’t able to sleep though; she texted me what’s wrong why I didn’t stay and I apologize and said I wasn’t feeling well. Now, here am I, still awake and just finished installing NuSphere on my PC. At least I can make updates to Grabeh offline.
