TECNO has officially launched three new MEGABOOK laptops in the Philippines, expanding its local lineup with the MEGABOOK K15S, MEGABOOK T1, and MEGABOOK T14 Air.
The new models target different types of users, from students and everyday productivity users to professionals looking for more performance in a portable package. The lineup combines AMD Ryzen and Intel processors, up to 16GB of memory, and up to 1TB of SSD storage.
The MEGABOOK K15S is the most affordable model of the three. It features an AMD Ryzen 5 7430U processor, 8GB of DDR4 RAM, and a 512GB NVMe SSD. The laptop also comes with AMD Radeon Graphics and a 15.6-inch display with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
TECNO equips the K15S with a 70Wh battery and 65W USB Type-C GaN fast charging. It also has a premium all-metal body, a 180-degree hinge, and a fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button.
Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 5, an RJ45 Ethernet port, HDMI 1.4, USB 3.1, USB 3.2, USB Type-C, a TF card slot, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Next is the MEGABOOK T1, which uses an Intel Core i5-13420H processor paired with 8GB of DDR4 RAM and 512GB of NVMe storage. Graphics are handled by Intel UHD Graphics.
The T1 features a 15.6-inch display with 100% sRGB coverage and TÜV certification. It also has a 70Wh battery and supports 65W USB Type-C GaN fast charging. TECNO claims up to 17.5 hours of battery life for the model.
The laptop comes in a premium aluminum body measuring 14.8mm thick and weighing 1.56kg. It also has a 180-degree hinge, Wi-Fi 6E, a 2MP camera with a physical privacy shutter, and a fingerprint power button.
Its ports include a TF card slot, HDMI 1.4, USB 3.1, two USB 3.0 ports, USB Type-C for charging, a full-featured USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
At the top of the lineup is the MEGABOOK T14 Air, which focuses on portability while offering a more powerful AMD processor. It is powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS processor with 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD.
The T14 Air features a 14-inch 16:10 IPS display with 100% sRGB coverage and AMD Radeon Graphics. It has a high-strength aluminum alloy body measuring just 14.9mm thick and weighs only 999g.
Other features include Wi-Fi 6E, a 2MP AI camera, a fingerprint power button, DTS Ultra audio, and 65W USB Type-C GaN fast charging. Its port selection includes two USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports, one USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port, HDMI, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
All three laptops run Windows 11 and support TECNO PC Manager for cross-device collaboration. The models also include features designed for productivity, security, and video conferencing.
Price and Availability
The TECNO MEGABOOK K15S is priced at PHP 36,999 for the AMD Ryzen 5 7430U, 8GB RAM, and 512GB SSD configuration.
The TECNO MEGABOOK T1 is priced at PHP 42,499 with an Intel Core i5-13420H processor, 8GB RAM, and 512GB storage.
Meanwhile, the TECNO MEGABOOK T14 Air is priced at PHP 57,999 with an AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS processor, 16GB RAM, and 1TB SSD.
The three new MEGABOOK models are now available through TECNO’s authorized dealers nationwide, including PC Express, Nutech, TECH Avenue, PCWORX, i.TECH Philippines, T&J Cellphone & Accessories, RBG Computers, EDGE Computer Tech, Laser Marketing, Bestfriend’s Cyber Net, Pick and Carry, SECC Computers, and Sampaguita Department Store.
