The AMD Ryzen 8040 processors, which will be the successors to the Phoenix chipsets, consist of the 8040HS APU and its little brother, the 8040U. The Ryzen 8040 come with a built-in NPU based on AMD's XDNA, but other than that, they are similar to the Ryzen 7040 such as using a 4nm TSMC process.
