بنكوي تنضم إلى السباق مع جو بوك ليت يو 101

عضو آخر متحمس في نادي أجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمولة الصغيرة -- BenQ's Joybook Lite U101 هو جهاز فائق النحافة بحجم 10 بوصات يضيف لمسة من اللمعان إلى تصميمه.

سيأتي جهاز BenQ Joybook Lite U101 بشاشتي حجم 10.1 بوصة و8.9 بوصة (دقة عرض 1024x600 بكسل)، ويعمل بمعالج Intel Atom 1.6GHz N270 و 1GB من ذاكرة الوصول العشوائي.

يأتي بكاميرا ويب 1.3MP، وقارئ بطاقات متعدد الوظائف (4 في 1)، وواي فاي 802.11 b/g، وLAN، و Bluetooth، بالإضافة إلى 3 منافذ USB 2.0. لا توجد أي فكرة حول سعة التخزين التي يمتلكها.

هناك خيار لـ 3G لكنه على الأرجح عبر منفذ ExpressCard. يحتوي فقط على بطارية من 3 خلايا تدوم حوالي ساعتين، وسيعمل Windows XP Home أو Linux. قد تصل وحداته إلى أكثر من 21,000 بيزو فلبيني.

تعتمد BenQ على التشطيبات اللامعة واللامعة في التصميم لتتميز عن أجهزة الـ Netbooks الأخرى. وفي حين أن Acer وBenQ كانتا في وقت ما كيانًا واحدًا، فإن هناك احتمالاً كبيرًا بأن يبدو Joybook Lite مشابهًا جدًا لـ Aspire One {عبر}.

rather “6 cell battery”

the battery life will be an issue? dont they have a standard 6 six battery pre-installed? how about the disk storage is remains a question.

I just got to have the pink one! :-O

I hope the Joybook Lite’s webcam will work in the Linux version. I read that in the case of Acer Aspire One, the webcam (Linux) only works with Skype and nothing else. Hopefully, BenQ will not be too much like Acer.
