TECNO unveiled the CAMON 50 Series and announced a new partnership with Tonino Lamborghini during its AI Ecosystem launch event at MWC 2026. The event introduced TECNO’s latest flagship phones and marked its entry into a premium design collaboration with the Italian brand.

The CAMON 50 Series focuses on AI-powered photography. It features a 50MP Sony LYTIA 700C Ultra Night Camera across the lineup. The Ultra 5G and Pro models also include a 50MP 3X telephoto lens with AI 60X SuperZoom. TECNO said its AI RAW 2.0 engine, AI Auto Zoom, and Super-Zoom FlashSnap help improve framing and capture fast-moving subjects.
DXOMARK CEO Frédéric Guichard said the CAMON 50 Ultra 5G shows strong performance in skin tone accuracy under $600, citing TECNO’s Universal Tone technology.
Beyond cameras, the series includes AI tools such as AI Art Gallery, AI Image-to-Video Generator, One-Tap FlashMemo, and the upgraded Ella voice assistant. The CAMON 50 Ultra 5G runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultimate chip and has a battery of up to 6500mAh, depending on the market.
TECNO also introduced products under its partnership with Tonino Lamborghini. These include the Tonino Lamborghini TECNO TAURUS (MEGA MINI G1 Pro), a compact gaming mini PC powered by an Intel Core i9-13900HK processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 graphics. Another product shown was the POVA Metal Tonino Lamborghini Limited Edition 5G phone.
TECNO said more AIoT devices such as laptops, tablets, and wearables are planned under the collaboration.
