Listen to article

LTO is acting as though they were disciplined and competent and had moral ascendancy over all of us road users. NO. LTO has always been the incompetent and ignorant transportation agency on earth. Kamusta na ang action nyo against smoke belchers? Against unlicensed drivers and riders? How about riders who do not wear a helmet and only wear slippers? And when will you act on e-trikes and slow moving electric transport vehicles unsafely and stew peedly mingling with tax-paying vehicles on theroad? These slow-moving vehicles should be banned from national roads! If only you were not the indolent pot-bellied fat ahsses, the city and the rotten transportation sheit would have a better outlook.

if they want order restored, they should make monitoring and panghuhuli sa roads 24×7 like what singapore and other countries do. that way discipline is instilled in the context of Big Brother looking at you from anywhere and anytime. So what does this LTO chief want, when a motorcycle sideswipes you as hit and run (which they do 90% of the time), chill ka lang ok lang, gasgasin mga sasakyan chill lang.
