Congressman blames Pokemon GO players for Metro Manila traffic

A congressman from Albay has blamed Pokemon GO players for the worsening traffic conditions in Metro Manila.

In a report by Inquirer, Albay Rep. Joey Salceda reacted to the recent banning of provincial buses in EDSA, saying that those Playing Pokemon GO inside their cars causes traffic in Metro Manila.

“Pokemon-playing in private cars pose more threat of aggravation to Metro Manila traffic than provincial buses,” Salceda said in a statement.

Salceda also explained that drivers playing the mobile game tend to drive slowly so passengers can catch Pokemon. He added that there were over 2.5 million private vehicles in Metro Manila while there were only 3,300 provincial buses.

So pag na ban na ang pokemon go sa Philippines mag iimprove ba ang trapik sa Pilipinas. Disiplina sa driver ang kailngan. Kahit patungan mo pa ng skyway ang buong Pilipinas kung hindi naman disiplinado ang driver, wala rin yan. Yun lang. Kung ano ano pang sinasabe nila.

Tanga lang? Yung Pokemon Go kailan lang nagstart yan, eh yung trapik nung unang panahon pa yan.
