Western Digital (WD) also has its own portable SSD offering in the form of the My Passport SSD. It sports a unique metal design that is shock and vibration-resistant. In addition, WD claims that this SSD is drop-resistant of up to 6.5ft (1.98m). Furthermore, it delivers read speeds of up to 1050MB/s and write speeds of up to 1000MB/s with NVMe technology.
