Globe launches Globe Starlink 99 and 299 plans, now available through the GlobeOne app.

The new prepaid satellite internet offers are designed to provide users with on-demand connectivity using Starlink’s low-earth orbit satellite network, especially in areas with limited or no traditional network coverage.

Users can access and purchase the plans directly inside the GlobeOne app.

I signed up for their Starlink promo a few weeks ago, intending to use it in Rizal where there is no cellular signal. Unfortunately, it failed to work; my phone remained on “No Service” despite clear skies and no obstructions. When I contacted Globe chat support, the representative was unaware of the promo and had no knowledge of how Starlink operates. Basically, there was no support provided. The conversation ended with a suggestion to contact them again if the issue recurred, which is impossible when you are in a remote area with no coverage.

Why does the write up says prepaid plan but the screenshot is showing a globe platinum post paid plan? I’m also on platinums plan 3799 and I do not have the Starlink option showing up in my GlobeOne app. I checked the App Store and I’m on the latest version of GlobeOne app
