Listen to article

Globe introduced new AI, cloud, and connectivity products during its “The Blueprint” media briefing on May 26, 2026 at The Globe Tower.

For consumers, Globe launched Globe Cloud, an affordable cloud storage service with flexible plans for backing up files and photos, plus Flashback and AI-powered editing features. The company also unveiled AI Fiesta, a platform that lets users access multiple AI models in one place with “sachet-style” pricing instead of separate subscriptions, aimed at students, creators, SMEs, and entrepreneurs who want to run a single prompt across different AI tools. Another offer is Instagram Basic, which keeps users connected within Instagram to buy promos, perform personalized top-ups, and access data loans via the in-app Mobile Center, with the option to return to the full Instagram experience after reloading. Globe Prepaid, Postpaid, and Platinum customers can also tap emergency load and data loans, roaming assistance, and convert Rewards points into essentials such as food and fuel.

For homes and communities, Globe highlighted how GFiber Prepaid, paired with GCash, is being used to digitize traditional palengke operations. In selected markets, vendors can access free WiFi to tap credit and insurance products, while shoppers can pay through QR and scan-to-pay methods, making transactions faster and more traceable. Under Globe At Home, broadband is bundled with flexible payment options, energy-related solutions, and everyday rewards, positioned as a “household care” package rather than just an internet line. Globe also presented GoSafe, a program under the Globe of Good masterbrand that groups together site blocking, content filtering, and online safety education to help households manage safer internet use.

For enterprises, Globe announced the inclusion of Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GE CX) in its business portfolio, giving companies access to AI concierges and conversational shopping assistants to handle customer inquiries and transactions. The company is also pairing its GFiber business plans with Free Vulnerability Assessment Scans, intended to identify security gaps for organizations, especially in sectors such as e-commerce, healthcare, and financial services. These offers are positioned as part of Globe’s broader push to combine connectivity with AI and cybersecurity tools for business customers.
