The realme 14 Series will soon get a new addition: the vanilla realme 14 5G. As the unveiling nears, the brand confirmed a few details about what to expect.

The realme 14 5G will feature what the brand calls a “Mecha Design” similar to those of POVA smartphones from TECNO. This realme 14 5G in ‘Silver Mecha Design’ includes a silver finish, flat frame, and a yellow-accented power button.

Looking at the rear, it houses a dual-camera setup, led by a 50MP main sensor.

Under the hood, the realme 14 5G has the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset, making it the first phone to feature this new SoC. Performance-wise, realme claims the chip scores over 810,000 points on AnTuTu.

realme also confirmed that the phone packs a large 6,000mAh battery, which should provide solid battery life.

While realme hasn’t revealed all the details, previous leaks suggest that the realme 14 5G could be a rebranded version of the realme Neo 7x 5G, as both share the same model number (RMX5071).

If this is true, the realme 14 5G might feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The camera setup could include a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary camera, along with a 16MP front-facing camera.

Other possible features include an IP68/IP69 rating for dust and water resistance, stereo speakers, and an optical in-display fingerprint scanner.

With all these reveals that realme is doing, the realme 14 5G launch should be imminent. Keep an eye out for updates!
