realme has confirmed that the upcoming realme 15 5G and realme 15 Pro 5G will launch on July 24. Today, the brand confirmed that the phones will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. This is quite an upgrade from the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 used in the previous generation, such as the realme 14 Pro+ 5G.

The Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 (4nm), which was introduced a just few months ago, features a 1+3+4 core setup with a peak clock speed of 2.8GHz. Qualcomm claims it delivers up to 27% better CPU performance and 30% faster graphics compared to its predecessor.

realme says the realme 15 Pro scored over 1.1 million points on AnTuTu, and will include GT Boost 3.0, which aims stable 120 FPS gameplay for titles like Free Fire. Other gaming features include AI Gaming Coach 2.0 and AI Ultra Touch Control.

The phone will also introduce the so-called AI Edit Genie, a voice-based photo editing feature that lets users make edits using voice commands.

The realme 15 Pro will come in multiple color options, including Flowing Silver, Silk Purple, Velvet Green, and Silk Pink.

We should learn more about the realme 15 Series in the days leading up to its official unveiling on July 24.
