Does anybody have any idea if Widget City has improved with their service support? Most of the sites I visit discourage me from buying anything from them, citing me stories that they do not sell sealed and brand new units, their warranty is actually non-existent and that they modify Xiaomi Phones to use different ROMS. Can anybody who bought from them make a comment about that, I’m thinking of buying this unit for my mom and I don’t know if its worth the hassle if ever I get a bad unit from them.
