vivo’s upcoming S30 series smartphones—the Vivo S30 and S30 Pro Mini—have surfaced on Geekbench, revealing key specifications ahead of their anticipated launch on May 29 in China.

The vivo S30, identified by model number V2464A, is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset with an Adreno 722 GPU. It achieved scores of 1,251 in single-core and 3,635 in multi-core tests on Geekbench.
Meanwhile, the vivo S30 Pro Mini (model V2465A) utilizes the MediaTek Dimensity 9400e processor. It posted higher scores of 2,299 (single-core) and 7,348 (multi-core), suggesting a performance edge over its sibling.
Both devices are equipped with 16GB of RAM and run on Android 15 out of the box. The S30 features a 6.55-inch OLED display, while the S30 Pro Mini sports a slightly smaller 6.31-inch OLED panel. Both screens offer a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals.
