2.7mbps only for the first 30minutes. After that ay data cap na. Speed down to 64 kbps or 256kbps, probably the lowest in the whlole world

It only measure speeds. Try finding a survey stating the average bandwidth cap given by country, that’s more accurate.

This isn’t really good news when it comes to PLDT’s schemes of increasing the bandwidth average with their ultera plan, if for some reason that we jumped from 2.7 to 5.0 it’s all because the people are idiots in buying that stupid plan, unless of course a third party ISP (hopefully Google) enters the market.
