UnionBank ATMs can soon dispense US dollar bills

UnionBank has announced that its ATMs will soon be able to dispense US dollar bills, allowing customers to withdraw cash in their preferred currency.

The bank says in post that it is enhancing the capabilities of its ATMs to offer this service, which will be available “in the coming days.”

However, to facilitate these upgrades, several ATM and banking services will be temporarily unavailable on July 6, 2023, from 12:00 AM to 3:00 AM.

These services include ATM transactions and services, debit card transactions, inward and outward Instapay funds transfer, and online account opening. UnionBank Online will remain accessible for other banking needs.

This move by UnionBank is expected to benefit frequent travelers and those who transact in US Dollars. UnionBank is one of the World’s Best Banks in 2023 according to Forbes, and this development is expected to enhance its customer experience and attract new customers.
